Space Sciences Lab, UC Berkeley
I was born and raised in China. I have always been interested in nature and how things work. I graduated from Beijing University with a B.S. degree in Space Physics. Next I went to Australia to study for my PhD, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Japan before I came here to join the Space Sciences Laboratory at University of California at Berkeley. Here at SSL, I have been involved in Space Weather-related research and work to understand the Sun's coronal mass ejections (CMEs). We analyze satellite and ground-based solar and solar wind observations for our research.
